    | ✓ This is the EXACT coin you will receive Diocletian AD 284-305 Roman Empire BI Aurelianianus NGC Ancients Jupiter XXIOffered here is a genuine ancient Roman coin of Diocletian, AD 284-305, a billon (BI) Aurelianianus, certified and encapsulated by NGC Ancients. NGC number on the front label: 6957070-110; number on the back label: 62156146. The obverse shows a clear radiate, draped bust of Diocletian facing right, with most of his legend legible (IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG). The reverse shows the emperor standing at left receiving a small Victory on a globe from Jupiter, who stands at right holding a long sceptre, with A in the lower center field and XXI in the exergue. The reverse legend is partly legible (...CONSERVATO...). The NGC label does not name the reverse type or mint, so we do not claim one. Condition, please read: this is a circulated ancient coin with reddish-brown surfaces. There is some wear on the high points, and dark deposits around the portrait, the reverse figures and parts of the rim. The flan is slightly irregular, as is common for these. NGC's label shows no numeric grade, and we have not added one. Please see all the photos.
