Your purchase is guaranteed to match the quality of the product shown. About the series: Charles E. Barber, Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint, designed the dime, quarter and half dollar introduced in 1892, all sharing the same Liberty head. The Barber half dollar was struck until 1915 in 90% silver. Because the word LIBERTY on the headband is one of the first details to wear away, a full LIBERTY is a key grading point.

The exact container depends on the shipping class: for example, our Standard Envelope option is limited to a maximum of 1/4" thickness, so a bubble mailer isn’t used there. Instead, coins travel in a vinyl flip, a thick baggie, or a cardboard flip, whichever best protects that particular coin. We ship daily, Monday through Friday, excluding all USPS holidays. |
