Offered here is a 2025-S Stacey Park Milbern quarter from the American Women Quarters Program, struck as a proof at the San Francisco Mint. 2025 is the final year of the program.

The reverse honors disability rights activist Stacey Park Milbern, shown seated in her power wheelchair with the inscription DISABILITY JUSTICE. The obverse carries the Laura Gardin Fraser portrait of George Washington with the S mint mark below the date.

Condition: proof, ungraded (raw). Deep mirror fields with frosted devices give strong cameo contrast on both sides. No hairlines, spots or contact marks are visible in our photos; any tiny specks seen in the fields may be dust on the holder. Please see the photos, which are the best description.

Composition: copper-nickel clad (the standard proof, not the silver version).

Holder: the coin comes in a cardboard 2x2 flip, shown in the third and fourth photos. The flip has marker writing by others. The writing is not a grade from any grading service. Buy the coin, not the holder.

Year: 2025
