That set marked the 70th anniversary of the Roosevelt dime, which first appeared in 1946. This exact coin is certified by PCGS as PR69DCAM (Deep Cameo), cert #83296071, on a FirstStrike label. PCGS gives that label to coins received within the first 30 days of release. The photos show the frosted portrait against deep mirror fields. The holder is intact and the label is clear.
