Deep Cameo means frosted devices set against deep mirror fields. Adolph A. Weinman's Walking Liberty and John Mercanti's heraldic eagle stand out crisply, and the W mint mark is to the right of the olive branch on the reverse. The PCGS label is the standard blue label (no special designation).
Holder, please read: in fairness, the PCGS holder plastic has a cluster of fine scratches over the obverse field to the right of Liberty (near IN GOD WE TRUST), plus a few light marks over the reverse and light scuffs elsewhere. These are on the holder, not the coin. Please see all the photos, which are the best description.
