The Roosevelt dime has been struck since 1946. Proof dimes from San Francisco after 1964 are copper-nickel clad.

This 1988-S is graded a perfect PR70 Deep Cameo, with mirror fields and frosted devices and a faint golden toning at the edges. Some small white specks show on the obverse in the close-up.
