1957-D Washington Quarter 25C BU Uncirculated 90% Silver Rainbow Toned Denver

The Washington quarter was introduced in 1932 for the 200th anniversary of George Washington's birth and was struck in 90% silver through 1964.

This 1957-D shows the Denver D above "QUARTER DOLLAR" (close-up included). It is uncirculated with soft rainbow toning over both sides: gold, pink and green across the portrait and eagle. A couple of small dark specks sit near "DOL" on the reverse.
