1934 Mercury Dime VF-XF Very Fine to Extremely Fine 90% Silver 10c Winged HeadThe Mercury (Winged Liberty Head) dime is one of the most beautiful 20th-century US coins, designed by Adolph Weinman and struck in 90% silver from 1916 to 1945. This exact 1934 Philadelphia coin (no mint mark) grades in the Very Fine to Extremely Fine range with light iridescent toning. There are scattered hairlines and light scratches in the fields on both sides. The center bands on the fasces are not split, so we do not describe it as Full Bands. Please see the close-up photos.
