The Mercury dime, properly the Winged Liberty Head dime, was designed by Adolph A. Weinman and struck from 1916 to 1945. The 1930 Philadelphia issue is a better date from the early Depression era, with a modest mintage under 7 million.

This exact coin shows moderate, even wear with the major devices clear — full rims, bold date, and legible lettering throughout — consistent with the Fine letter grade. A solid, honest example of a lower-mintage date for a Mercury dime album.
