1929-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar 50C G Good Low Mintage 90% Silver Better DateAdolph A. Weinman's Walking Liberty half dollar, struck from 1916 to 1947, shows Liberty striding toward the sunrise draped in the flag. It is widely considered one of the most beautiful U.S. coins, and the design was revived in 1986 for the American Silver Eagle. This 1929-S was struck at the San Francisco Mint - the S mintmark below the branch on the reverse is shown in the close-up photo. Only 1,902,000 were struck, making it a scarcer date in the series. It grades about Good: full rims and a strong outline of Liberty and the eagle, with some skirt lines visible. The date is very weak from wear, which is typical for this date in lower grades; the S mintmark confirms the 1929-S. Gold-and-gray toning on the eagle side.

BOURNE2TREASURE
WHO WE ARE Bourne2Treasure is a family-owned business based in Dayton, TN, proud to be celebrating our 25th year in operation. Along the way we’ve earned over 27,000 pieces of feedback as a seller.
SHIPPING Every coin we sell ships in protective packaging — no exceptions. The exact container depends on the shipping class: for example, our Standard Envelope option is limited to a maximum of 1/4" thickness, so a bubble mailer isn’t used there. Instead, coins travel in a vinyl flip, a thick baggie, or a cardboard flip, whichever best protects that particular coin. We ship daily, Monday through Friday, excluding all USPS holidays.
RETURNS / GUARANTEE We maintain (unless otherwise noted on items like bullion) a 30-day, FREE-to-you return policy. All we want is happy customers — if you don’t like what we send, just send it back, free of charge.
QUESTIONS? CONTACT US Contact us Monday–Friday, 9–5 EST, with any questions or concerns. Our number one goal is happy customers who buy from us time and time again. If you ever have an issue, please let us know — and remember, our return policy above has you covered.
GRADING DISCLAIMER We arrive at an approximate grade using a combination of our own years of experience and, increasingly, Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are not a professional grading service, and any grade shown is only an approximation — please make your own determination based on the photos provided.
