1912-S Barber Half Dollar 50C 90% Silver G Good Partial Motto San Francisco1912-S Barber Half Dollar from the San Francisco Mint in Good (G) condition with a partial motto still visible. See the pictures to judge the condition; the coin pictured is the one you will receive. The 1912-S has a mintage of only 1,370,000, one of the lower-mintage San Francisco Barber halves from the final years of the series, so it is a better date than the common Philadelphia strikes. The S mintmark is on the reverse below the eagle. About the series: Charles E. Barber, Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint, designed the dime, quarter and half dollar introduced in 1892, all sharing the same Liberty head. The Barber half dollar was struck until 1915 in 90% silver. The word LIBERTY on the headband is one of the first details to wear away, so a visible LIBERTY is a key grading point.
Ungraded and uncertified. The approximate grade is our opinion only. THE COIN SHOWN IS THE EXACT COIN YOU WILL RECEIVE. |

WHO WE ARE Bourne2Treasure is a family-owned business based in Dayton, TN, proud to be celebrating our 25th year in operation. Along the way we’ve earned over 27,000 pieces of feedback as a seller.
SHIPPING Every coin we sell ships in protective packaging — no exceptions. The exact container depends on the shipping class: for example, our Standard Envelope option is limited to a maximum of 1/4" thickness, so a bubble mailer isn’t used there. Instead, coins travel in a vinyl flip, a thick baggie, or a cardboard flip, whichever best protects that particular coin. We ship daily, Monday through Friday, excluding all USPS holidays.
RETURNS / GUARANTEE We maintain (unless otherwise noted on items like bullion) a 30-day, FREE-to-you return policy. All we want is happy customers — if you don’t like what we send, just send it back, free of charge.
QUESTIONS? CONTACT US Contact us Monday–Friday, 9–5 EST, with any questions or concerns. Our number one goal is happy customers who buy from us time and time again. If you ever have an issue, please let us know — and remember, our return policy above has you covered.
GRADING DISCLAIMER We arrive at an approximate grade using a combination of our own years of experience and, increasingly, Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are not a professional grading service, and any grade shown is only an approximation — please make your own determination based on the photos provided.
