1903 Barber Quarter G-VG Good Philadelphia 90% Silver 25c Liberty Head US CoinDesigned by Charles Barber, the Barber quarter was struck from 1892 to 1916. This 1903 is a Philadelphia issue (no mintmark below the eagle) struck in 90% silver. This exact coin is honestly worn in the Good to Very Good range: LIBERTY on the headband is worn away, but the portrait, date and legend are clear and the eagle and shield are bold. For full disclosure there are heavy scratches and hairlines across both sides, especially on the cheek, neck and shield. Light iridescent toning.
