1900 Indian Head Cent Penny 1C F Fine Bronze Philadelphia US Coin
Offered here is a 1900 United States Indian Head Cent, struck in bronze at the Philadelphia Mint (no mint mark). Approximate grade: F (Fine). The feathers are fully outlined and separated, the hair and ribbon are clear, and the date and legends are bold. The headband edges show, but the letters of LIBERTY are not readable. The reverse is strong for the grade, with most of the shield lines separate and clear outlines and leaf detail on the oak wreath. Full denticles around both rims. Medium brown color.
Please note: scattered small dark spots on both sides, including on the portrait, the feathers, the reverse wreath and ONE CENT, plus a tiny green spot by CENT and another at the right edge of the reverse. Light marks in the fields. No rim damage seen. Please see all the photos, which are the best description.
Composition: bronze (95% copper, 5% tin and zinc)
Denomination: 1 Cent
Mintage: 66,833,764
Ungraded and uncertified. The approximate grade is our opinion only. THE COIN SHOWN IS THE EXACT COIN YOU WILL RECEIVE.
