Offered here is an 1895 Indian Head cent, struck in bronze at the Philadelphia Mint (no mint mark), a genuine 19th century penny over 130 years old.

Grade: Good. A strong Good with full rims and denticles on both sides. The date is bold and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is complete. The feathers are outlined and separate from the head, with no LIBERTY on the headband, as expected in Good. The reverse is stronger, with clear vertical lines in the shield, a bold ONE CENT and the oak wreath outlined with some leaf texture.

Condition: even brown color with natural surfaces. A tiny nick on the edge of the obverse rim at about 4 o'clock and a small light mark on the cheek. Please see all the photos, which are the best description.
