The Morgan silver dollar, designed by George T. Morgan, was struck from 1878 to 1904 and again in 1921. Each contains 0.7734 oz of pure silver, and the series is one of the most collected in American numismatics.

This 1883-O was struck at the New Orleans Mint, with the O mint mark below the wreath (see close-up). It is Brilliant Uncirculated, with white shine and bright fields. This coin is raw (not certified). The grade shown is our approximate assessment. You will receive the exact coin pictured.
