The faint hazy lines in the portrait-side field and the small white specks on the eagle side appear to be dust and light scuffs on the clear window film over the medal, not on the silver. The cover front, stamp and cancel are clean and bright; the cover carries a typed address from the original subscriber. The certificate side of the cover has one tiny brown speck above the medal window. The info card is clean. The album page has a small number written on its top strip by others and a few small specks on that strip.
